History and philosophy both examine the concepts, occurrences, and individuals that have influenced human civilization. This program enables you to investigate human thought and historical events from ancient times to the modern era. Through both disciplines, you'll study the ethical, cultural, governmental, spiritual, and technological advancements that have defined human existence while addressing contemporary global challenges. Our curriculum spans diverse regions including Britain, Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa. You'll develop the analytical abilities, comprehension, and expertise to interpret these phenomena and articulate your own perspectives - valuable skills applicable to numerous professional paths.Learning approachInstruction combines large-scale lectures with intimate, participatory seminars, supplemented by individual tutorials and supervisory sessions. These involve one-on-one consultations with faculty mentors.Every student receives a dedicated academic advisor at the beginning of each year who monitors both scholarly progress and personal wellbeing.During the first year, your advisor leads weekly sessions in our foundational 'Learning History' course. Access to HE Diploma
Pass the Access to HE Diploma with 45 credits at level 3,
distinction in 30 credits at Level 3 and 15 credits at Merit.
IELTS: 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in each element)
TOEFL (iBT): 90 (minimum 19 in writing and listening, 20 in reading and 22 in speaking)
