This program is ideal if you want to explore the full spectrum of Geography while focusing mainly on Human Geography. Sharing a foundational first year with BSc students, you'll then have access to varied Human Geography electives in Years 2 and 3, addressing subjects such as migration, environmental policy and equity, climate issues, urban transformation, resource sustainability, and global politics. Some Physical Geography course choices remain available in later years, allowing you to customize your studies toward either a broad or specialized Human Geography focus based on your preferences. The curriculum emphasizes analytical reasoning and cultivating both quantitative and qualitative research capabilities. We foster inventive, thoughtful research methodologies through dynamic instruction and evaluation techniques, while prompting students to consider Human Geography's contemporary societal role. Should you wish to shift to Physical Geography after Year 1, transitioning to the BSc track remains an option.
