Our diverse research team spans multiple disciplines in volcanology, specializing in areas including seismic activity monitoring, crustal movement analysis, geochemical and petrological studies, and volcanic gas measurements. We integrate these research approaches to comprehensively examine magma formation, development, and eruption processes.

Qualification Requirements
The minimum entry requirements for PhD study is a 2.1 honours degree, or equivalent, in a subject relating to your proposed area of research, or a good performance in a Masters level course in a relevant subject.
A first class honours degree (or equivalent) is usually required to be competitive for scholarship funding and a Masters degree is also a valuable asset.
IELTS- 6.0 overall with at least 5.5 in all components.
TOEFL IBT (Internet-based TOEFL)- 87 with a minimum score of 20 in listening and reading, 21 in writing and 22 in speaking.
