Our research focuses on developing and applying rapid, precise, and robust numerical methods for solving physical challenges, simulations, computer graphics, rendering, animation, and data visualization. Within the Computational Science and Engineering domain, we integrate core algorithmic advancements with state-of-the-art computational approaches in a user-oriented context. Our specialization covers high-performance numerical methods for partial differential equations (PDEs), graphics technologies, and scientific data visualization. Theme participants additionally support the School's initiatives in Applied Computing for Biology, Medicine, and Health.

Qualification Requirements
You must have achieved a bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons), or equivalent, or a good performance in a Masters level course in a relevant subject. We also recognise relevant industrial and academic experience.
