Nutrition is a constantly evolving field that plays a vital role in examining how food, nutrients, and eating habits influence human health and disease prevention. Nutrition professionals make important contributions by offering personalized dietary advice while also helping shape evidence-based policies and programs for communities and larger populations. This growing demand for nutrition expertise translates to diverse career and research prospects for graduates.

Our MSc in Nutrition provides comprehensive knowledge of both scientific foundations and ethical standards established by the Association for Nutrition (AfN), the UK's professional registry for nutritionists. The program explores key aspects of nutritional science - from understanding how diet, food environments, and consumption patterns affect health outcomes, to applying this knowledge in real-world policy and practice. You'll study established and emerging topics that guide contemporary nutrition strategies, including weight management, tailored nutrition approaches, and environmentally sustainable dietary patterns.
