This program is designed to enhance your knowledge of nutritional science, allowing you to critically assess the connections between dietary habits, wellness, and illness. Nutrition's significance in both maintaining health and managing disease is increasingly recognized. The curriculum fosters comprehension of nutritional fundamentals and equips learners to analyze diet-health-disease relationships through scientific methods. Since the MSc in Human Nutrition holds accreditation from the Association for Nutrition (AfN), successful completers qualify for immediate registration on the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN), earning the right to use the ANutr professional designation. Ideal candidates include food industry professionals, healthcare practitioners, as well as graduates from non-nutrition backgrounds seeking to transition into this field and nutrition graduates pursuing advanced qualifications.
