You'll become part of a welcoming, encouraging, and multicultural community of postgraduate researchers with global representation. Our emphasis lies in applying chemical methods to biological and medical challenges. Through deepening our knowledge of life's molecular foundations, we create novel therapeutic possibilities for conditions ranging from cancer to bacterial/viral infections and neurodegenerative disorders. Our investigations are supported by specialized knowledge in chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical chemistry, molecular interactions, enzyme studies, biophysical and analytical techniques, and nanotechnology. Our inherently cross-disciplinary approach involves close partnerships with biologists, medical professionals, and industry collaborators.
