The Modern Languages and Film Studies program offers a distinctive perspective on international cinema while immersing you in language learning and cultural understanding. You'll discover the diversity of global filmmaking traditions, examining cinematic art across various regions and eras beyond just mainstream Hollywood productions. Additionally, you'll achieve professional-level proficiency in your selected language.
By taking both required and elective courses, you'll develop comprehensive expertise in film theory, critical analysis, and cross-cultural perspectives while enhancing your language abilities in speaking and writing.
