Our BA in History and English Literature lets you explore two closely connected disciplines.
Literary works like poems, plays, and novels provide historians with unique perspectives on the past, while historical records can be analyzed as narrative texts requiring interpretation.
We've updated and broadened both our English Literature and History programs to address today's evolving global landscape. Through research-driven courses, you'll examine classic works and historical eras typical of traditional degrees, alongside diverse voices and histories relevant to our interconnected 21st-century world.
