Pursuing mechatronics will equip you to create the advanced smart systems that play such a vital role in today's society. This field merges concepts from mechanical engineering, electronics, computing, automation, and robotics. Mechatronic engineering involves designing, building, and evaluating devices that integrate these diverse technical areas into unified systems. You'll acquire expertise in engineering methods, product development, along with digital electronics and computer-aided design (CAD) tools. These skills will empower you to transform conceptual mechatronic designs into functional prototypes.

GCSE: Science C/4.
A-levels: BBB - BBC or 120 - 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 2 full A-levels, including B in Mathematics or Further Mathematics. Please note we are unable to accept A-level Use of Mathematics in place of A-level Mathematics.
BTEC: DDM - DMM or 120 - 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of the equivalent of 2 full A-levels.

IB 32 points or three Higher Level certificates with 655 Either must include Higher Level Mathematics grade 5 plus Standard Level Science grade 4 We will accept 5 in either Higher Level Mathematics Analysis and Approaches or Higher Level Mathematics Applications and Interpretation
