The LLB Law program offers thorough scholarly preparation in legal studies. We help you cultivate a comprehensive perspective, viewing each legal subject as interconnected components. Special attention is given to understanding how English and Welsh law fits within broader European and international legal structures.
You'll gain insightful understanding of law's role within social, political, and economic systems. Beyond memorizing statutes, you'll examine law's societal purpose, legal philosophy, policy matters, and legislative improvements. The program trains you to analyze, assess, and engage with diverse, sometimes opposing viewpoints.

Qualification Requirements
A-levels: BBB - BBC or 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 2 full A-levels including B in one essay based subject.
BTEC: DDM – DMM or 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of the equivalent of 2 full A-levels.
Other qualifications that hold UCAS tariff points, and combined qualifications: 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 2 full A levels or equivalent, including B in one essay based subject.
IB: 30 - 29 points or three Higher Level certificates with 555-554. Either must include a higher essay based subject at grade 5
We are also happy to consider a combination of separate IB Diploma Programme courses (formerly certificates) at both Higher and Standard Level. Exact offer levels will vary depending on the range of subjects being taken at higher and standard level, and the course applied for.
