During your initial year, you'll delve into the fundamental disciplines that form the foundation of physical education, sports science, and fitness development. Core subjects covering psychology, physiology, motor learning, and wellness will help you understand the elements affecting people's involvement and progress in physical education and athletic environments. Since we welcome students with diverse educational experiences, our Academic and Professional Practice module helps ease the transition to university-level studies for all, while allowing you to explore your interests through volunteer opportunities.
