Upon successfully finishing this program, you'll earn provisional certification as an elementary educator, qualifying you to teach children aged 3 to 12.
The curriculum blends two campus-based learning modules with three practical teaching placements in schools. You'll develop essential classroom abilities while studying the foundational principles of childhood education.
With intimate class settings, you'll enjoy a supportive network of faculty and peers. A dedicated tutor will provide personalized guidance throughout your studies, offering regular tutorials and individual consultations. Your tutor will also evaluate your performance during each practical placement.
Campus sessions feature diverse workshops and lectures covering all primary education subjects. The first module concentrates on intermediate to advanced levels (P4-7), while the second addresses early childhood education (nursery through P1-3).
You can tailor your learning experience to align with your skills and growth areas. Elective choices span instructional techniques, collaborative education methods, theatrical arts, and additional specialized topics.
