This program explores the growth and learning processes of infants and children, enhancing your knowledge of their social and cognitive progression. You'll develop essential academic competencies required for studies in developmental psychology.

Students can engage in current university research projects conducted alongside regional educational institutions. This involvement allows for direct observation and hands-on experience in preschool environments, providing practical training in psychological studies involving young participants.

Instruction incorporates our specialized research in diverse fields including prenatal development, mimicry behaviors, early childhood psychological well-being, self-recognition in infants, emotional bonding, preschool altruism, dual-language learning, higher-order thinking skills, self-regulation, reading difficulties, and autism spectrum conditions.

An honours degree in Psychology or a related subject at lower second class or above. Consideration will also be given to applicants with other academic backgrounds who explain clearly their motivation for undertaking the relevant MSc, outlining any relevant work experience. IELTS Overall 6.5 - Listening 5.5, Reading 5.5, Writing 6.0, Speaking 6.0. The TOEFL score would be Overall:88; writing:23, Listening:21, Reading:20 and Speaking:20.
