The MPA in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value equips students with the essential competencies, capabilities, and leadership qualities needed for mission-oriented organizations across public, private, and nonprofit sectors to address the defining challenges of our time. Qualification Requirements

UK Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Arts and Humanities, Social Science and Economics, and Engineering subjects awarded with an Upper Second-class Honours (2:1), or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. The English language level for this programme is: Level 4

UCL Pre-Master's and Pre-sessional English courses are for international students who are aiming to study for a postgraduate degree at UCL. The courses will develop your academic English and academic skills required to succeed at postgraduate level. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic Version - Overall score of 7.5 and a minimum of 7.0 in each component. Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) - Overall score of 109 with 27/30 in reading and writing and 23/30 in speaking and listening.
