Our Scandinavian studies program provides extensive opportunities to cultivate comprehensive, cross-cultural perspectives in the humanities. Students can select from diverse course offerings spanning literature, linguistic heritage, historical studies, social sciences, philosophical thought, visual arts, cinema, and various cultural aspects related to their chosen language(s). Language courses are required annually, with options to specialize in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish - no previous language experience is necessary. The curriculum combines essential cultural studies and linguistics components with elective courses tailored to individual academic interests.

Additionally, the program includes interdisciplinary modules examining literary works, cinematic arts, visual culture, and broader cultural phenomena. Students will engage with significant cultural developments, theoretical frameworks, and critical methodologies while benefiting from the School's wide-ranging academic expertise.
