Our Hungarian and Romanian program provides extensive opportunities to explore comparative and intercultural humanities studies. Students can select from diverse course options covering literature, linguistic history, sociology, philosophy, art, cinema, and various cultural aspects tied to their chosen language(s). During the first, second, and final years, participants will engage in language instruction for their selected tongues alongside related cultural studies. The curriculum also includes interdisciplinary courses examining literature, film, linguistics, and historical contexts.
The third year involves international study, divided between two nations where the target languages are spoken. All students attain equivalent language proficiency, whether beginning as complete beginners or with prior language experience.
