Our German and Hebrew degree program provides extensive opportunities to explore comparative and intercultural humanities studies. Students can select from diverse course options covering literature, linguistic heritage, history, sociology, philosophy, visual arts, cinema, and other cultural aspects related to their chosen language(s). German language courses are offered through UCL's School of European Languages, Culture & Society (SELCS), while Hebrew instruction takes place within UCL's Hebrew & Jewish Studies department.
During the first, second, and final academic years, students will enroll in language courses along with complementary studies in associated literature, culture, historical contexts, and linguistic analysis.
