Our Dutch and Art History program provides exceptional opportunities to cultivate comprehensive, cross-cultural perspectives in the humanities while achieving advanced language proficiency. Students can select from diverse course offerings spanning literature, linguistic studies, historical analysis, social sciences, philosophy, visual arts, cinema, and various aspects of Dutch cultural studies. The curriculum includes mandatory Dutch language courses throughout your first, second, and final years, alongside complementary studies in literature, cultural history, and linguistics, combined with Art History coursework (see the Art History department's website for specific module information).
Additionally, students can enroll in interdisciplinary courses offered by the School of European Languages, Culture & Society (SELCS), which leverage the institution's full spectrum of academic expertise.
