This dual-certification program holds full accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), providing complete exemption from their Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management. Designed to equip you for executive HR roles, it delivers competitive advantages and specialized knowledge to influence HR strategies across industries. You'll develop a deep understanding of organizational operations, environments, and how HR initiatives drive business success. The curriculum covers essential HR competencies such as: leadership development, talent management, labor relations, and workplace legislation. Graduates automatically qualify for CIPD associate membership, earning the right to use the "Associate CIPD" designation - a mark of professional distinction that enhances employability in today's competitive job market. Enrollment in CIPD student membership is mandatory within the first month, with the University covering both the initiation fee and first-year dues for successful graduates. You must have a degree (not necessarily in business and management) from an approved university.
The usual entry requirement is: a UK 2:2 degree or its equivalent in any discipline from an approved higher education institution. Equivalent professional qualifications will also be eligible if supported with appropriate practical experience. Further guidance can be found in our English pre-sessional course taught by the University of Bradford.
Applications are welcome from students with non-standard qualifications or mature students (those over 21 years of age on entry) with significant relevant experience.
