Instrumentation and control engineers are in high demand across various sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemical processing, manufacturing, research, transportation, and infrastructure. This program builds upon our one-year master's by incorporating an advanced practice component, allowing you to elevate your credentials through an internship, research project, or international study opportunity. You can choose from three pathways to earn your postgraduate master's degree. The one-year track offers a conventional MSc qualification, while the two-year advanced practice route enriches your degree by integrating either a vocational or research-focused internship into the standard one-year curriculum. Opting for a vocational internship helps you acquire valuable work experience and strengthens your resume. Alternatively, a research internship lets you hone analytical, teamwork, and academic skills by collaborating with a research team in a university environment. While we ensure placement for research internships, vocational internships are not guaranteed. However, we offer comprehensive guidance and resources to assist you in securing a vocational internship if that aligns with your career goals.
