You'll join our dynamic doctoral community within one of three academic departments: Management, Finance, Accounting and Business Systems, or Service Sector Management.

Our faculty possesses broad experience in generating innovative knowledge and utilizing business research to address practical challenges across various fields including management, finance, operations, hospitality, tourism, events, food and nutrition, and language studies. You'll be guided by a supervisory team comprising a Director of Studies and additional supervisors who specialize in your research focus. While you'll receive support, the doctoral program demands significant independent work, requiring strong initiative, motivation, and dedication to achieve success.

Your supervisors will assist in shaping your research plan, identifying necessary training, and offering guidance while fostering your growth as an autonomous researcher.
