Construction managers carry significant responsibilities. They oversee projects to align with client requirements, track budgets, manage teams, enforce safety protocols, and uphold quality standards. Our Construction Project Management program equips you with comprehensive skills to handle diverse challenges, whether on-site or in office settings.
According to both graduates and employers, the mandatory industry placement year stands out as a key benefit. Through our strong industry connections and thorough preparation, we help you maximize this valuable experience. Some students even receive job offers before completing their degree.
The first three years are shared with our other construction programs. This structure lets you explore different industry roles and switch specializations until Year 4 if you discover a better fit. The program holds accreditation from both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building, allowing you to enroll as a student member.
