This four-year nutrition and food marketing course includes a placement year and emphasizes developing your critical thinking, analytical abilities, and professional competencies. You'll graduate as an ethical, socially conscious food specialist, fully prepared for careers in both nutrition and marketing.
Our industry-accredited certification accelerates your career progression. Upon graduation, you'll qualify for immediate registration on the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists.

A-Level
ABB including at least one STEM subject from Biology or Chemistry (preferably), Physics, Geography, Psychology, Environmental Science. BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Applied Human Biology will be considered instead of Biology. Other BTEC certificates may accepted in place of an A-level subject where science A level requirements above have been met.
International Baccalaureate
32 points including Biology or Chemistry at Higher Level Grade 5 or above plus at least one other STEM subject. Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry required at Standard Level grade 5 if not offered at Higher Level.
IELTS - Applicants whose first language is not English require a minimum score of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent including 5.5 in each of the four elements of the test.
TOEFL - 79 overall (with a minimum of 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking, and 17 in writing)
