Explore the connections between diet and wellness, for individuals and communities, through our BSc Nutrition program.

Nutritional science plays a crucial role in personal and public health. With rising awareness about healthy eating habits, nutrition professionals are becoming more essential to both the food sector and society.

Our BSc Nutrition program offers:

insight into how dietary choices affect health and disease risks including heart conditions, diabetes, obesity, and cognitive decline
understanding of how nutrients impact cellular function, tissues, and organ systems
knowledge of how scientific research supports public health recommendations
During your initial year, you'll concentrate on core scientific subjects like physiology, chemistry, and microbiology, building the foundation for advanced study.

The second year deepens your nutritional science expertise, covering diverse areas such as basic nutrition principles, factors influencing food preferences, and the relationship between diet and health across different population levels.

In your final year, you'll collaborate across disciplines on projects like creating innovative food products or conducting health evaluations.
