During intense physical actions like hitting, getting struck by objects, or moving quickly, the sudden forces involved are frequently substantial and generate much stronger mechanical jolts than controlled, muscle-guided movements. These jolts subsequently alter limb surface shapes and inertial characteristics, resulting in energy being passively absorbed by soft tissues. While not thoroughly recorded, such soft tissue distortions have practical uses in fields including digital animation, biomechanical and physiological studies, and understanding how living tissue fundamentally reacts to impacts.
