Combining design thinking with hands-on prototyping in both physical and digital realms, you'll master the comprehensive skills needed to excel as a versatile product designer.

You'll apply your knowledge of methods, materials, manufacturing, and engineering by taking a product from initial concept to finished prototype. Additionally, you can opt for a paid industrial placement year. Your journey culminates with showcasing your work at our annual degree exhibition.

Our program holds the distinction of being one of the longest-running IED-accredited degrees. It fully qualifies graduates for Registered Product Designer (RProdDes) status and partially fulfills requirements for Chartered Technological Product Designer (CTPD) certification.
