We invite applications for PhD programs, available both full-time (3 years) and part-time (4-7 years), across our key research domains. These encompass aging studies, dementia research, health economics, mental health, healthcare organization, palliative care, and health disparities. As a doctoral researcher, you'll actively participate in Lancaster University's Division of Health Research projects. You'll benefit from tailored supervision and methodological training provided by internationally renowned academics. While developing expertise in your chosen field, you'll have the freedom to conduct independent research that advances academic knowledge. The program includes core research methods training alongside specialized courses aligned with your research interests. We actively support conference participation, with past students presenting their work internationally, including in the US, Australia, and various European locations.
