Our MSci in Chemistry with Biomedicine provides a robust foundation in both theoretical and practical chemistry. You'll examine various chemistry disciplines while applying them to biological and medical contexts, guided by our research-focused faculty. Additionally, you'll acquire hands-on professional experience through a year-long placement at a leading UK organization. During your final MSci year, you'll pursue specialized interests through a half-year research initiative in our advanced laboratories or collaborating with hospital affiliates. The Access to Higher Education Diploma must be 60 credits in total.
Access to Higher Education Diploma with 45 Level 3 credits overall: 36 credits must be from units awarded at Distinction, with 9 at Merit.
The Access to Higher Education Diploma must include at least 15 Level 3 credits in Chemistry awarded at Distinction, and at least 15 Level 3 credits in one from Biology, Mathematics and Physics awarded at Distinction.
IELTS (Academic) - 7.0 overall with a minimum of 6.5 in each skill.
