This Master of Science program equips students with the skills to become effective senior executives and leaders in the competitive global aviation sector. The curriculum develops a strategic, integrated understanding of aviation management while providing in-depth knowledge of air transportation operations, including the goals, infrastructure, and workforce needed to ensure efficient worldwide movement of passengers, goods, and services.
Drawing from contemporary trends in global and domestic aviation, we'll guide you in critically assessing all dimensions of air transport management (ATM) to enhance business operations. The program covers a broad spectrum of topics, from marketing strategies and brand development - including crafting compelling airline identities and passenger experiences - to consumer behavior analysis and safety culture influenced by human factors.Special focus is placed on methodologies for optimizing human-technology integration, encompassing project coordination, supply chain management, operations oversight, and other professional approaches endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).Students may pursue an optional work placement2 to refine their competencies and improve career readiness.
