The Childhood, Youth and Education Studies program prepares individuals to support the growth and learning of children and adolescents in diverse educational environments. Earning a BA (Hons) in Childhood, Youth and Education Studies can lead to numerous fulfilling career paths focused on supporting younger generations. This flexible program allows students to build essential knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience tailored to their specific interests in child and youth development. Participants will examine key aspects of both formal and informal education through classroom instruction and practical fieldwork. Students can also participate in enriching educational opportunities both domestically and abroad. The program offers an optional four-year sandwich course structure.
UCAS points – 104, A level - BCC, excludes General Studies, GCSE - Minimum 5 GCSEs graded 4 / C including English and Maths, BTEC – DMM, IB Diploma - 27 points. Access to HE - The Access to HE Diploma to include 30 Level 3 credits at Merit or higher. Plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 / C or above. IELTS 6.0 overall with at least 5.5 in each component area
