Whether you're interested in diverse education fields - including counseling, educational psychology, social services, government work, social work, administration, or education leadership - or are certain about pursuing teaching, Brunel's Education BA provides a solid foundation. This program delivers a comprehensive understanding of educational theories, policies, and practices across multiple learning environments. Students will also cultivate valuable transferable skills including critical thinking, analytical reasoning, communication, teamwork, presentation abilities, and writing proficiency. For practical experience, the Education BA incorporates three structured work placements, allowing students to explore various educational settings. Flexible scheduling options let students complete placements either weekly or in intensive blocks during holidays. The program also features our distinguished RJC Accredited module in Restorative Practice, a highly sought certification in schools and educational institutions.

The Education BA opens doors to numerous education-related professions upon graduation or through further specialized training like Schools Direct, PGCE, or PGDipYCW programs.
Graduates can pursue careers in educational administration, after-school program management, early childhood education, alternative education, student support services, professional development coordination, corporate training, or primary education. The Restorative Practice Foundation qualification gives graduates a distinctive advantage when competing for education positions.
