We are a dynamic, innovative global research team that pushes boundaries in understanding social dynamics, human resource strategies, and organizational performance while creating tangible impacts on real-world policies and practices.
Our fundamental and practical research earns widespread acclaim across borders, exploring topics like individual/team performance, creative problem-solving, intercultural leadership, executive team dynamics and their organizational impact, as well as non-profit sector effectiveness.

Aston Business School's renowned research excellence stems significantly from the groundbreaking Aston Studies pioneered by our predecessor (WON) during the mid-20th century. Our ongoing investigations into organizational frameworks, workplace environments, and business outcomes build upon strong psychological foundations. With fresh leadership, we've preserved these rigorous methodologies while incorporating qualitative techniques like action research to examine organizations through a more comprehensive lens.
