For more than 100 years, Aberystwyth's Welsh Department has served as a globally recognized hub for academic study. Its team of eight faculty members possesses comprehensive knowledge across all eras and aspects of Welsh literature, language, and Celtic Studies. Our Welsh Department is located in the Parry-Williams Building, adjacent to the University's Hugh Owen Library which houses exceptional Welsh and Celtic resources.
