The program introduces advanced theoretical frameworks about property markets while equipping you with analytical capabilities to address modern property challenges. The MProp is a specialized master's program worth 120 or 180 credits, designed for graduates with an undergraduate property qualification. The 180-credit MProp option is a 12-15 month program combining coursework with a concise dissertation. Those with an existing bachelor's degree can obtain an advanced specialization in their field. Graduates holding a BProp (Hons) or equivalent qualification may qualify for the 120-credit research-based MProp, which focuses on a supervised thesis project.
