A relevant bachelors degree and 60 points in the Postgraduate Certificate in Property Practice or Postgraduate Diploma in Property Practice with a GPA of 4.0 or higher, provided the postgraduate certificate has not been awarded

or

The Postgraduate Diploma in Business in Property Practice with a GPA of 4.0 or higher, or the equivalent, TOEFL 90, IELTS - 6.5
