During your initial year, you'll take seven mandatory core business classes that form the foundation of your degree. This includes an engaging two-part Business and Enterprise series that explores decision-making scenarios for entrepreneurs and managers while enhancing your academic and professional abilities. In the subsequent BProp stages (II and III), you'll focus on property-specific courses covering valuation, finance, investment, economics, law, urban planning regulations, marketing, management, and construction. You can select from twelve business disciplines to specialize in for your BCom. Offering diverse specialization options, a combined BComBProp degree from the Business School provides flexibility, equipping you with valuable skills and credentials for various prosperous career paths.
