During your initial year, you'll take seven mandatory core business classes that form the foundation of your degree. This includes an engaging two-part Business and Enterprise series, designed to explore decision-making scenarios for entrepreneurs and managers while enhancing your academic and professional abilities. In the subsequent Stages II and III of your BProp program, you'll focus on property-specific courses covering valuation, finance, investment, economics, legal aspects, urban planning regulations, marketing, management, and construction principles. The BCom portion offers flexibility with twelve business subjects available for your major. Combining a BCom with a BProp from the Business School provides diverse career opportunities, equipping you with valuable skills and recognized qualifications for professional success.
