During your initial year, you'll take seven mandatory core business classes that form the foundation of your degree. This includes an engaging two-part Business and Enterprise series, designed to explore decision-making scenarios for entrepreneurs and managers while enhancing your academic and professional abilities. In the subsequent Stages II and III of your BProp program, you'll focus on property-specific courses covering valuation, finance, investment, economics, legal aspects, urban planning regulations, marketing, management, and construction principles.
