The program includes Stage II Academic English Studies (ACADENG) courses tailored for non-native English speakers. If your English proficiency doesn't meet Stage II requirements, you'll complete Stage I ACADENG courses first. These studies combine academic English development with linguistic analysis (phonetics, morphology, syntax, and semantics). Additionally, you'll examine fundamental theories of language acquisition and instruction.
