Our BABE(Hons) program equips you with the skills to succeed in a rapidly evolving global economy. This five-year course combines theory with hands-on experience, enabling you to enhance your technical expertise with versatile skills and analytical thinking crucial for addressing intricate challenges. You can pair any of our nine engineering disciplines with diverse subjects from humanities, social sciences, cultures, and languages. The distinctive capabilities you'll acquire through BABE(Hons) will position you advantageously to capitalize on emerging opportunities in societal, technological, and business advancements. Every Engineering specialization is accredited by Engineering New Zealand, ensuring international recognition of this qualification.
Language studies will enhance your communication abilities and allow you to comprehend basic modern Korean texts. You can also explore Korean society, literature, and culture. Korean can be chosen as one of your two BA majors (a double major). Completing each major requires passing at least 120 points (eight courses), including a minimum of 45 points (three courses) at Stage III.
