This is an innovative Structured PhD program designed for students to complete their doctoral studies in 4 years (full-time). The research component will be based in one of the Faculty's six Departments, while the coursework will be collaboratively delivered across the Faculty to optimize learning experiences. This approach fosters knowledge exchange and expertise sharing, resulting in high-quality translational research aligned with the Faculty's commitment to improving human welfare. Students can choose from quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research modules, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of research participants.
The program objectives include:
delivering academically rigorous postgraduate research that meets national and international standards
training students in all research aspects, including methodologies, critical analysis, and ethical considerations
developing professional research competencies
preparing graduates to conduct impactful translational research with national and global relevance.
