This program equips students with the expertise, competencies, and analytical frameworks to cultivate an entrepreneurial and innovative approach for recognizing and capitalizing on business opportunities, whether launching new ventures or driving innovation within established organizations to generate value and lead transformative initiatives. The curriculum emphasizes shaping influential entrepreneurs, corporate innovators, and change leaders, grounded in the principle that entrepreneurial education builds both character (the entrepreneur/intrapreneur/innovator) and competencies (identifying opportunities and disruptive innovations) to foster innovative, creative leadership across diverse business environments.
Today's dynamic business landscape faces continuous disruption, fueled by the imperative to achieve economic, social, environmental, and sustainability objectives. Consequently, entrepreneurship and organizational innovation have become pivotal in the global business arena, serving as critical drivers for launching startups or expanding established enterprises in today's volatile competitive climate.
This Master's program provides specialized knowledge and practical skills for launching and scaling businesses internationally, alongside frameworks and actionable insights for executing innovation strategies. The curriculum examines entrepreneurial fundamentals and their synergy with innovation to develop groundbreaking business models that create competitive edges in demanding markets.
The program prioritizes hands-on, experiential learning, offering students direct engagement with entrepreneurs and innovators. It fosters both entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial mindsets while developing sought-after capabilities like complex problem-solving, collaboration, critical analysis, creativity, leadership, emotional intelligence, decision-making, resilience, negotiation, and pitching. These competencies empower students to identify and evaluate entrepreneurial and innovation prospects, implementing them to drive social, economic, technological, and environmental progress.
