This program is designed for nurses with Master's degrees who want to acquire teaching qualifications. It enhances nurses' knowledge and skills in educational practices for higher education and clinical environments.
The curriculum includes three instructional modules and three competency evaluations. Participants must complete 100 teaching/facilitation hours to refine their abilities. The program covers diverse teaching techniques such as lectures, clinical instruction in labs and real-world settings, and innovative small-group facilitation methods.
