An honours undergraduate degree NFQ Level 8 with minimum upper second class honours or international equivalence in an engineering degree programme

TOEFL IBT - iBT 90 no less than 21 in writing and at least 19 in every other section in the Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL.
