The Doctoral Programme in Clinical Psychology is a three-year professional training and research degree in clinical psychology. This program holds full accreditation from the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Spanning three calendar years, the program consists of three interconnected components:

2,000 research hours completed over 200-250 days
500 academic coursework hours across 100-150 days

The program's primary goal is to equip graduates with the skills to practice safely, ethically, and competently as entry-level clinical psychologists while establishing a foundation for future specialization through ongoing professional development.

Upon completion, graduates will be prepared to:

deliver assessment and therapeutic services to diverse client populations, including children and adults with psychological challenges
apply academic knowledge to address clinical issues while offering consultation and educational support to colleagues and clients
