It spans from refining hiring processes to examining technology's impact on productivity and job satisfaction, from personal coaching to strengthening organizational capabilities. Psychological principles can enhance employee welfare, job performance, and overall company success. This program appeals to graduates aspiring to become specialists in workplace behavior, HR professionals, training coordinators, management personnel, advisors, or academic investigators.

Through this program, you'll acquire hands-on research abilities, sharpen your analytical and evaluative thinking, and gain expertise in key organizational behavior practices including candidate evaluation, conflict resolution, and advisory services. The objective is to provide graduates with the essential tools to function as competent, thoughtful practitioners.

The MA in Work and Organisational Behaviour, tailored for non-psychology graduates, offers flexible full-time or part-time enrollment.
