The School of Religion, Theology, and Peace Studies addresses humanity's pressing questions by examining how religion, peace-building, and theology function in both historical contexts and modern society. Dedicated to interdisciplinary approaches, scholarly excellence, open dialogue, and community involvement, the School achieves its mission through education, partnerships with external organizations, and academic investigations. The School comprises two main areas: (1) Peace Studies and (2) Religious Studies, with the latter encompassing: Biblical Scholarship, Comparative Religion, Moral Philosophy, and Christian Theology (incorporating Catholic Theology and Ecumenical Studies). Additionally, the School is gaining recognition for its work in Jewish, Islamic, and Buddhist Studies. Graduate researchers may focus on Peace Studies, any Religious Studies specialization, or explore the intersections between these disciplines.
