BBs (Hons) in Accounting and Finance in Limerick Ireland | Technological University of the Shannon

This program is designed to meet many of the skill requirements set by professional accounting organizations while providing students with diverse learning experiences geared toward careers in Accounting and Finance. With its hands-on approach, graduates will be prepared for immediate employment across various sectors including accounting firms, business, industry, government, nonprofits, and secondary education. In addition to building expertise in accounting and finance, the curriculum emphasizes management skill development, equipping graduates with highly sought-after transferable skills. No prior background in
accounting, finance, or economics is required. The program holds accreditation from major accounting bodies such as CAI, ACCA, CIMA, and CPA. It is also approved by the Teaching Council for post-primary teacher registration, provided the full course is completed at TUS (Moylish). Like all degrees, additional qualifications such as the Professional Master of Education (PME) are necessary for teaching roles.
