The Accounting pathway is designed for students pursuing careers in accounting (whether in industry or practice) or teaching accounting-related subjects at secondary level. This program focuses on courses essential for future accountants, covering financial reporting, management accounting, taxation, finance, law, and auditing. Graduates who meet specific grade requirements in key courses may qualify for exemptions from professional accounting body exams. Furthermore, with additional qualifications, graduates can apply to the Teaching Council for authorization to teach accounting in secondary schools, provided they achieve required grades in designated courses.
You should be at least 17 years of age in January of the year of entry.
You must have a Secondary/High School Diploma, with good grades in English and Mathematics and at least 4 other subjects, on average + 60%.
