This program will equip you for a professional path in the construction sector, whether you aim to become a quantity surveyor and economic consultant, a managerial role, or a building development coordinator and manager.
Quantity surveyors work in private practice as partners or staff in professional firms. They may also be employed by building/civil engineering contractors or subcontractors, or within government agencies, semi-state organizations, and public institutions.
Through this curriculum, you'll develop comprehensive expertise in the technical, economic, legal, financial, managerial, and administrative systems that govern the construction field. Additionally, you'll study specialized domains including cost and value management, tender documentation, procurement processes, and construction administration and leadership.
